Job Responsibilities:
-To conduct sales and marketing campaigns and to offer administrative assistance.
-To implement sales and marketing initiatives in order to meet the companys sales goals.
-To respond to questions and communicate with clients.
-To complete marketing and sales tasks as instructed.
-To perform surveys and market research.
-To communicate with advertising companies and other pertinent businesses or agencies.
-Helping with the creation of monthly reports, statements, and other paperwork.
-To offer assistance with filing and communication as needed.
-To fulfil all obligations and other duties as necessary.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
-At least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Business Administration or any equivalent field.
-A minimum of two years of property development work experience
-Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) software and computer literate.
-Knowledge of the IFCA System and the HAD Act.
-Self-driven, autonomous, a good team player, and focused on outcomes.
