Roles 1. Achieve monthly sales targets Job description 1. Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s brand via online and traditional marketing strategy 2. Encourage customers and provide ideas and designs for their kitchen, wardrobe, and home improvement solutions. 3. Manage customer order and query 4. Follow up on sales prospects. 5. Manage customer order (prepare sales quotation, process sales orders). 6. Coordinate installations effectively and ensure that deadlines are met. 7. Follow up with payment collection and after sales service. 8. Display a high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers. Requirement 1. Degree in any field 2. Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing. Experience in kitchen cabinet or interior design industry would be and advantage. 3. Self-motivated, able to work independent, proactive and have good organization skill. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with all level of people. Working time 6 days a week. Salary and Benefits 1. Full-time position 2. Fixed salary + commission (sell more earn more concept) 3. EPF + SOCSO 4. 14 days annual leave per annum
