Job Purpose

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible to encompass, develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategies with existing or new partners in order to achieve the Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop mature communication and coordination with both internal and external parties to meet business objectives

Explore and expand business networking in Retail & Project channel, align with Management to improve the work performance by the Team and ensure strong business presence in the market

Assist in marketing plans development and oversee the execution of approved strategies to achieve the objectives

Establish rapport to further develop potential business expansion including screening of potential dealers of our holding brands

Gather team performance data, market insights, review product performance, and produce sales report with analysis on regular basis

Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior/Management from time to time

Working Conditions

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am-6pm

Saturdays 10am-3pm

Possess own transport

Based at PJ Showroom

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): Mandarin Chinese ,English ,Malay
• Knowledge: Sales Management, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Sales
• Driver\'s license: Car
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
