Client Background: Independent supplier of innovative lubrication solutions, covering almost every industry and application.
Industry: Sales - Lubricants
Location Based: Petaling Jaya (Traveling within Klang Valley and other assigned regions within MY - has pre-planned schedule)

Remuneration: Basic Salary + Fix Travel Allowance + Monthly Commission (No Capped)

:

  • Recommend, and execute the sales strategy and go - to - market plan for the Automotive Aftermarket segment.
  • Develop and set annual business plans, forecasts, and regular reports in - line with company planning and reporting process.
  • Provide regular and timely sales reporting and market analysis to support both local and regional growth strategies.
  • Actively manage Distributor Partner and Key Account customers in the territory to optimize access to end user markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities to improve the overall competitiveness and profitable growth of the business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan sales promotional activities, organize trade shows, exhibitions and expand the B2C e - Shop business.
  • Perform in - market business development activities with major accounts / distributors: Product promotions, market activation support, negotiating sales price and discounts, new product launches, trade, and promotional events.
  • Monitor and feedback product portfolio performance and competitor market pricing and activities.
  • Provide technical support and services to customers to maintain a high - quality brand position and reputation in the market.
  • Manage activities and performance of direct or in - direct sales team depending on prevailing sales strategy in the market.
  • Network within the FUCHS Group as well as outside the FUCHS Group to obtain best possible local and group performance.
  • Ensure to uphold FUCHS values and standards, whilst also adhering to all required compliance policy guidelines
Qualifications:
  • University degree with technical focus / background in chemical, mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred.
  • 5 & above years of experience in key industry (chemical, lubricants, machine tools, automotive) coupled with good sales and marketing expertise at a global company.
  • Self - driven and motivated, results - oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions
