Salary : Up to RM 6500

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Promote the sale of high performance Metal Processing and Industrial lubricants.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and expand customer base; build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify new business opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Provide technical assistance and arrange successful field trials for various customer applications.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain competitive information on price, credit terms, sales volume and market share, competitive marketing activity etc. to enable successful negotiation with customer.

\xc2\xb7 Receive and indent orders from customers, liaise with technical, commercial, and logistic departments to ensure order received, processed, and delivered on time.

\xc2\xb7 Meet the divisional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, providing inputs to the annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all statutory and company required paperwork is up to date.

\xc2\xb7 Provide assistance in accomplishing human resource objectives by selecting, orienting and training employees in assigned districts, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial is preferred).
• 3 & above years of experience preferably in selling high - end industry products to manufacturing, precision machining and Specialty Industries.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.
• Self - driven and motivated, results - oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
• Experience in handling direct and indirect channel
