They are a public company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.We manufacture and supply innovative lubricating products and bespoke support packages - providing a complete service to our customers. Industry: manufacturer of lubricants Location: Penang Tenure: Permanent role Salary : Up to RM 6500 Responsibilities: .Promote the sale of high performance Metal Processing and Industrial lubricants. .Maintain and expand customer base build and maintain rapport with key customers identify new business opportunities. .Provide technical assistance and arrange successful field trials for various customer applications. .Maintain competitive information on price, credit terms, sales volume and market share, competitive marketing activity etc. to enable successful negotiation with customer. .Receive and indent orders from customers, liaise with technical, commercial, and logistic departments to ensure order received, processed, and delivered on time. .Meet the divisional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, providing inputs to the annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions. .Ensure all statutory and company required paperwork is up to date. .Provide assistance in accomplishing human resource objectives by selecting, orienting and training employees in assigned districts, communicating job expectations planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. Requirements: Degree in Business or Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial is preferred). 3 & above years of experience preferably in selling high - end industry products to manufacturing, precision machining and Specialty Industries. Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language. Self - driven and motivated, results - oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
