Job Description

1. Monitor sales activities at the outlet. 2. Ensure the company sales objective is achieved monthly. 3. Monitor movement of stocks (incoming and outgoing) at the outlet, ensuring the total stock quantity is always correct. 4. Record daily sales quantity and total sales amount in Form HW2 and HW5. 5. Register new members into database system. 6. Arrange and conduct monthly detail check stock on monthly basis 7. Arrange and allocate spaces for new arrivals in the Store and Display area. 8. Ensure the windows display shoes/bags are changed weekly. Shoes/ bags on the window display must have complete sizes in stock. 9. Ensure shoes on displays to have price tags/ labels. 10. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of outlet. 11. Updating of Company\xe2\x80\x99s Facebook with New Arrival & entertaining 13. Preparation of monthly reports consisting of Top 10 and Lowest 10 Shoes, including Repeat order shoes. 14. Managing customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders. 15. Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems. 16. Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. 17. Responsible to meet Company\xe2\x80\x99s productivity and quality goals. 18. Communicate with higher management level. 19. To serve customers with high integrity. 20. To report to Management on any stock faulty, customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints or any matters related to the company\xe2\x80\x99s interest.
