Job Description
- Greeting customers and offering assistance.
- Determine customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs or preferences.
- Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences. Demonstrating how products work.
- Recommending related products to increase customers\xe2\x80\x99 options and enrich the shopping experience.
- Stay up to date with merchandise and informing customers about sales, promotions and awareness of Bata loyalty program (Bata Club).
- Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise and monitoring sales floor.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
