RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner \xc2\xb7 Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling of items or services at the point of service \xc2\xb7 Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales \xc2\xb7 Be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience \xc2\xb7 Understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and latest industry news and trends \xc2\xb7 Ensure the Brand\xe2\x80\x99s image is portrayed positively at all times \xc2\xb7 Assist in general cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise REQUIREMENTS: \xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter will be advantageous \xc2\xb7 Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays. \xc2\xb7 Sales-driven and result-oriented person \xc2\xb7 Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion \xc2\xb7 Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff. \xc2\xb7 Added advantage on Malaysian candidates that can start work immediately.
