About the Role
As a Branch-Based Insurance Consultant, you will be embedded in a bank environment where you'll guide customers in choosing the right insurance solutions. You'll play a key advisory role in helping customers secure financial protection while benefiting from structured support, attractive incentives, and a stable career path in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
Engage walk-in customers and introduce insurance offerings
Conduct financial consultations to determine appropriate coverage
Build strong customer relationships for long-term support
Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets
Attend product and skills development training regularly
Qualifications
Open to fresh graduates and candidates from other industries
Branch-Based Insurance Consultant (Trainee):
SPM/STPM with at least 3 years working experience
Diploma with less than 1 year experience
Senior Consultant (Trainee): Degree with less than 1 year experience
Senior Consultant: Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Compensation & Benefits
Basic salary range: RM 2,600 to RM 10,000 based on role and experience
Monthly commissions and performance bonuses
