Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for flying school services. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences related to air travel. Support the sales team in outreach efforts, including phone calls and email communications to potential clients. Help create engaging content for social media platforms, presentations, and marketing materials. Analyze sales data to provide insights on performance and areas for improvement. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for promotional activities and events. Attend and assist with industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities to promote our flying school services.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in the Aviation industry and a desire to learn about sales and marketing practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to group projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms. Strong analytical skills to assess data and provide actionable insights. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
