Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers and revenue target
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to spec in company products
- Conduct presentations to promote our company and solution to potential customers
- Provide consulting role and support to customers and help them design customized solutions
- Manage the entire business development cycle from account qualifying to closing deals
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the power industry and some knowledge of telecom, enterprise and data centre environment
- Proven track record of developing new business and customer acquisition
- Strong knowledge of rectifier batteries, UPS, power distribution boards, and related solutions
- Knowledge of hybrid power and genset solution is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel as required
