Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers and revenue target
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to spec in company products
  • Conduct presentations to promote our company and solution to potential customers
  • Provide consulting role and support to customers and help them design customized solutions
  • Manage the entire business development cycle from account qualifying to closing deals
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the power industry and some knowledge of telecom, enterprise and data centre environment
  • Proven track record of developing new business and customer acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of rectifier batteries, UPS, power distribution boards, and related solutions
  • Knowledge of hybrid power and genset solution is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel as required
