Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers andrevenue target Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to spec incompany products Conduct presentations to promote our company and solution to potential customers Provide consulting role and support to customers and help them design customizedsolutions Manage the entire business development cycle from account qualifying to closingdeals Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the power industry andsome knowledge of telecom, enterprise and data centre environment Proven track record of developing new business and customer acquisition Strong knowledge of rectifier batteries, UPS, power distribution boards, and relatedsolutions Knowledge of hybrid power and genset solution is an advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Willingness to travel as required
