JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum 1-2 years outbound call center experience (Cold Calling)
Minimum 1-2 years Personal Loan / mortgage/ SME banking experience and have exposure in CCRIS or relevant CRA will also be our priority
Good language proficiency on English & Malay (required) & Chinese is an added advantage
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Strong & proven problem-solving skills
Candidates with good attitude despite education level will also be considered
