Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Responsible for the administration and support of sales & marketing activities.
- Market survey on potential customers and make appointment for marketing department.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls and emails enquiry.
- Cooperate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.
- Prepare relevant reports as and when required to superior.
- Monitoring sales enquiries & maintain all the customer database record.
- Monitoring working reports of team member.
- Assist on payment collection.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Junior level, specialized in business support or equivalent.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Discipline, independent, word hard and well time management.
- Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
