Responsible for the administration and support of sales & marketing activities.
Market survey on potential customers and make appointment for marketing department.
Handle all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls and emails enquiry.
Cooperate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.
Prepare relevant reports as and when required to superior.
Monitoring sales enquiries & maintain all the customer database record.
Monitoring working reports of team member.
Assist on payment collection.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Junior level, specialized in business support or equivalent.
Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Discipline, independent, word hard and well time management.
Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
