Sales Coordinator (bukit Raja)

Job Description

Provide support to Sales division and perform administrative duties including preparing quotation, purchase order, booking and billing reporting mainly for machine products. Performing admin task, such as filling, answering phones, delivery arrangement & others. Assist in preparing and coordinating the product training / demonstration, exhibition by Sales division to customers or dealers Maintain and update sales and customer records in timely manner Assist in brochure printing, door gifts searching and etc. Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required

Requirements:



Possess at least STPM / Diploma in Administration or equivalent Experienced in sales administrator is preferred Welcome who wish to return to work after leaving employment for more than 6 months Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysian and Mandarin is an added advantage. Take initiative, team spirit, follow-up skill, multitasking skills, communication skills, strong character and ability to deal with all levels of people. Will to learn new things.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
