Sales Support & Documentation
Prepare, review, and manage all sales-related documents including quotations, customer's purchase orders, sales order, delivery orders, and invoices.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork in accordance with the company's SOP and policies before submission to internal departments or customers.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases for tracking sales performance and order status.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and customer summaries for management review.
To support Sales & Social Events.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the main communication bridge between the Sales Team and Operations Team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Follow up closely with Operations, Logistics, and Finance on order fulfillment, stock availability, and billing matters.
Communicate customer requirements clearly to relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries and coordinating after-sales service when required.
Job Requirements:-
SPM or Diploma in Business Admin
Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in VLOOKUP will be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong analytical skills.
Good presentation skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
