Company Overview

The company specializes in the supply of building materials, especially on tiles and sanitaryware.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting all sales quotation and project list updates

• To process and raising purchase order for customers and suppliers in a timely manner

• To keep tab on all customers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery orders and monitor its progress of deliveries

• To coordinate with suppliers and customers on the timely delivery of goods

• To coordinate with forwarders on incoming shipments in order to comply to all regulatory or legal requirements

• To work closely with sales team on customer order and delivery

• To have annual stock take and reconciliation of numbers between actual stock inventory and system

• To handle the smooth operations of warehouse and its samples department

• Resolve problems concerning logistic systems, transportation, import or customer issues and ensure compliance with company procedures for products delivery

• To obtain product forecasts and plans for stock-keeping units with sales department periodically

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field

• Minimum 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field

• Knowledge and experience in handling of import and export processes along with warehousing processes is an added advantage

• Ability to work interact with external parties and coordinate with all level of people in other department

• Team player, resourceful, strong sense of responsibilities and well organized

• Positive work attitude with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (role requires candidate to deal with China suppliers)

• Willing to work in Bukit Jelutog, Shah Alam, Selangor

• Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
