Job Responsibility Prepare and deliver design proposal to potential clientele based on their layout and preference Explore new clientele such as interior designer firm and architect firms, and other relevant industry which required furniture or products which within company portfolio Maintain fruitful relationships with clientele and address their needs effectively Execute job relevant assignments provided by direct superior Job Requirements Ambient Living is a growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Retail Sales Associate to manage new and existing clientele in showroom. We\'re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we\'re looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. We\'re looking for talents who are customer-oriented and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and teamwork skills to work with a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel at least within KL and Selangor. Requirements Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin speaker is an advantage but optional. Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply ; Experienced candidates will be added advantage Minimum of 1 years experience in furniture industry or experience in any sales-related industry (added advantage for interior design network) Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to better change Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients. Excellent teamwork and communication skills High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making Solution-driven minded to any challenges, problems and obstacles provided from clientele or company Job Benifits Starting Basic of RM3,000 - RM4,000/month High Commission Rate Scheme with potential of RM10,000/month Full rest and relax facilities such as gym, pool, power nap room, and etc Carpark provided Career, personality and skills growth Work Schedule Monday - Sunday including Public Holiday Standard Off Day (You may choose any weekday every week) Bonus Off Day (You are given 1 bonus off day apart from standard off day every month) Shift 1 (10am - 7pm) & Shift 2 (11pm to 8pm)
