Job Description


  • Help customers select products such as trophies, medals, or awards that suit their needs.
  • Resolve any customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer orders by recording details and ensuring timely delivery or pickup.
  • Promote new or sale items through direct customer interaction.
  • Resolve any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Arrange product displays attractively to increase customer interest.
  • Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction.
