1. To assist Sales personnel for contract, proposal, group order and etc. 2. Handle customer inquires in an efficient and effective manner. 3. Conduct site inspection to potential customers and walk in enquires. 4. Communicate booking information to operations department. 5. Establish and maintain the proper filing system. 6. Process all correspondence and Sales documentations accurately and efficiently. 7. Prepares all sales documentations accurately and efficiently. 8. Manage work flow Coordinate and communicate with other departments in an efficient manner. 9. To assist in collecting information on competitor\xe2\x80\x99s promotion and marketing activities. 10. To follow up MICE groups/Tour groups on site arrangement. 11. Close communication with Operations department. 12. Follow up leads as assigned and directed by Senior Sales Manager. 13. Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
University Degree
LANGUAGES:
Fluent English, a second language will be an advantage (better if it\xe2\x80\x99s the same where the hotel is based).
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent in MS office software Familiar with Delphi Sales & Catering is a plus
WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION):
2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies.
WORK EXPERIENCE IN MHI (IN CASE OF INTERNAL PROMOTION):
1 year in the company in similar position in large hotels.
