\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in business or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in any Sales Coordination field

\xc2\xb7 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Cantonese

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player

\xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure, self-motivates and confidence

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate & competent in MS office

\xc2\xb7 Sound Knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Full-time position available

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Responsible on Day-to-Day Sales Support & General Administrative Tasks.

\xc2\xb7 Assist and support Sales Team in preparation of sales reports, quotations, tenders and proposals, and other sales related activities.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Handles incoming telephone calls and prepares proposals for inquires.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with other departments to provide updates for sales order status.

\xc2\xb7 To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff and all other departments.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure excellent and timely response to clients.

\xc2\xb7 Good follow up skills with the ability to support and deliver customer\'s enquiries.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out any assignments as and when required.
