Job Description

  • Minimum education level: SPM-Prefer candidates with experience in admin job, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
  • Good communication skills in multiple languages such as Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin-Computer-literate
  • Prefer candidates with own transport
  • Able to work 5.5 days in a week
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for sales executive by preparing quotation, delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up with production team and warehouse to ensure correct goods are delivered to customer.
  • Ensure goods are delivered on time to customer.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Keeping track of customer's order and update customer on the order status when necessary-Manage payment collection from customer.
  • Providing post-sales support to customer.
  • Handling customer's complaint or enquiry in a professional manner.
