Support sales representatives by providing necessary resources and information.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Support sales teams by coordinating schedules, appointments, and follow-up activities.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives and initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to contribute to strategic planning.
