\xe2\x80\xa2 This job is managing the daily operations of LNT\xe2\x80\x99s waterproofing business. \xe2\x80\xa2 You shall be reporting to the Head of Department, LNT Waterproofing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working hours from 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm, Monday to Friday. \xe2\x80\xa2 Probation period shall be three (3) months with a further period of not exceeding three (3) months. \xe2\x80\xa2 The Company shall only retain the candidate with the ability to deliver results, possess good working attitude, and manage to adapt to the Group of Companies working culture. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor the day-to-day business operations from sales lead generation until job completion with client satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend the first enquiry from lead generation activities and arrange the site supervisor\'s first inspection site visit. \xe2\x80\xa2 To survey client satisfaction upon every job completion reported by the site supervisor. \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan the daily work schedule for the on-site operation team. \xe2\x80\xa2 To issue quotation upon prospect request and payment collection upon client satisfaction of services. \xe2\x80\xa2 To build the company profile through job completion photos collection and posting on the company\xe2\x80\x99s official communication platform or media channel. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor administrative expenses such as foreign workers\xe2\x80\x99 salary payments and advance loans, outgoing payments to suppliers, vehicles license, staff insurance, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To procure raw materials with supplier\xe2\x80\x99s comparison and issue with Purchase Order. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor the on-hand inventory at the warehouse and investigate the usage from time to time.
