Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 Following up closely with customers, ensuring repeating of orders taken place accordingly \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the sales and marketing aspect of works \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparing of quotation, receive and process customer\xe2\x80\x99s purchase orders/sales orders, invoices & delivery orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange and ensure smooth delivery to customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Administrative duties such as filing and typing, preparing customers\xe2\x80\x99 statement of accounts and despatch out accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned from time to time
