Basic Salary:
RM4,000 - RM4,500Performance Incentive:
Up to RM2,000 per quarterPerformance Bonus:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
team.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building connections, understanding client needs, and supporting business growth through strong communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop customer relationships daily via
WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone Calls, or the CRM system
. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services to meet their expectations. Assist in preparingsales pitches, business proposals, and marketing content
. Gather and summarize insights frommarket trends, competitors, and customer behavior
to improve engagement. Track, analyze, and updatesales activities, conversion rates, and customer performance
in the CRM system. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and support additional projects as directed by management.Requirements
SPM or above.
Minimum1 year experience
in Sales, Customer Service, or Telesales (at least 6 months in one company). Proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn -- not afraid to ask questions or seek guidance. Added advantage: able to present3 consecutive months of proven sales results
. Able to communicate inMandarin, English, and Malay
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
