Job Description


  • At least 1 year of experience in online customer service or sales support is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • Excellent online communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Ability to proactively close deals, with preference given to candidates with online sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of making quick decisions in urgent situations.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through online channels to understand their needs.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services, answer customer queries, and facilitate sales.
  • Assist customers in completing the purchase process, ensure successful transactions, and record sales transaction information.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accurate order information
