Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Technology Division is partnered and is recruiting on behalf of a leading restaurant technology start-up originally founded in New York city. Due to rapid growth and expansion, our distinguished client is currently seeking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for lead generation and qualification on behalf of our sales team
Use sales scripts that describe the company's products to hold intelligent and engaging conversations w/ prospects over the phone.
Lead the research and identification of new customers and their businesses
Diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to capture sales efforts and institutional knowledge
Engage previous customers to expand awareness and identify new opportunities
Maintaining records of customer contacts
Other sales duties assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative role and/or on a sales team (other relevant experience will be considered)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
Comfortable working in a professional office environment
Bilingual in Chinese /English (Fuzhou Dialect is preferred), Mandarin is a MUST
