We operate a specialized portal website for new real estate properties in Malaysia. Our platform facilitates the connection between real estate developers, who supply new properties, and property seekers interested in purchasing them. Through our portal site, we publish information about new properties and enable property seekers to inquire and provide their personal information to developers.
We entered the market in 2015 despite the presence of digital marketing services like iProperty and PropertyGuru for real estate developers. Although we were latecomers, we have successfully established partnerships with over 100 developers, including renowned
names such as Sime Darby Property, SP Setia, and Mah Sing Group. By effectively understanding and meeting our clients needs, we have distinguished ourselves in the market.
However, despite having a promising market and competitive services, we still need to enhance our industry recognition. Therefore, we are seeking partners to expand our business and increase our transactions collaboratively.
Currently, we are recruiting a Sales Development Representative, who will play a central role in our operations. As an SDR, your responsibilities will include initiating outbound contacts, providing information about our company and services, and creating tailored proposals based on clients specific needs. Your primary objective will be to acquire new clients by building connections and effectively delivering information.
Moreover, as an SDR, you will gather and share the identified needs from conversations with developers, contributing to the discovery of new service development opportunities within our company.
We are excited to welcome new team members and have ambitious plans to expand our client base to over 500 developers by mid-2025, while also venturing into other countries.
Workflow:
1. Creating an Attack List:
Conduct research and gather relevant information about the developers you will be reaching out to via phone calls or emails.
2. Outbound Calls:
Initiate contact with the developers through phone calls or emails, introducing your services and creating opportunities for further discussions.
3. Proposal:
Tailor your service proposals to align with the specific needs of the clients. Present customized solutions and emphasize the benefits of your services.
Onboarding program:
1. Continuous learning:
Firstly, all new hires will undergo an onboarding program for approximately two weeks. The purpose is to provide a deep understanding of the services offered. We believe that to sell our services effectively, it is crucial to have a correct understanding of
the services we provide.
2. Upon completion of the onboarding program, you will receive practical training to perform your role as an SDR. Our experienced team members will provide hands-on guidance for each step of the process. Through demonstrations, role plays, feedback, and other methods, you will acquire the essential knowledge and skills.
Requirements
We warmly welcome both experienced corporate sales professionals and entry-level candidates. Even if you lack prior experience, we offer a nurturing environment that facilitates rapid skill development, provided you possess strong motivation and a clear vision of your desired role.
Additionally, as a large number of our clients representatives are Chinese, candidates who can speak Mandarin will be given priority.
Benefits
Incentives: Provided based on contribution and profits. High-performing individuals can receive approximately RM5,000 in incentives every six months.
Salary Increment: Performance evaluations are conducted every six months, and salary adjustments are determined by individual performance.
