Are you one of them?Position Summary:Leading the sales strategy in their area, this person will develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. The role will be the company sales evangelist in a specific geography. Sales director duties will include market penetration, hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. The role is crucial to drive profitability and commercial growth strategies.Main Responsibility Areas:Drives territory activities and ensures strong customer engagement on all fronts.Responsible for territory sales plans by implementing sales and marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results, closing deals.Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for the territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and regular reviews performance to date.Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.Monitors costs, competition, and supply and demand.Identifies new sales opportunities by leveraging contacts, industry knowledge, and working closely with the company teams.Forges strong internal business partnerships to deliver customer expectations and solutions.Holds themselves and others accountable for territory sales objectives.Establishes consistent sales development to maximize competitive position and generate strong margin contributions across customer brand(s).Confers with leadership to review achievements and discuss required changes in product and sales strategies and tactics utilized in achieving sales goals or objectives.Developing and negotiating contracts with customers and their procurement teams.Ensures accountability from all sales professionals and support staff.Work with partners in relation to sales leads and revenue generation.Converts MQLs to sales.Key Skills & Competencies:Degree qualifiedExcellent communication skills; oral and written communications to technical, business and executive audiences. Including effective demonstration and presentation techniques.Strong facilitation skills.Strong \xe2\x80\x98people skills\xe2\x80\x99 for successful working with individuals from different teams.Comfortable working with and understanding complex business solutions.Experience selling software to Telecoms Service Providers in APAC (like Globe, Singtel, Indosat etc). The software could be OSS / BSS / VAS / Device ManagementWork Experience Requirements:Broad understanding and experience within the telecommunication network software segment and processes.Knowledge of fixed/mobile/IOT device management and eSIM market requirements including understanding of Broadband Forum standards.Experience customer care integration/workflow requirements of service providers.Evidence of leading commercial negotiation and closure of large-scale projects and engagements.Proven sales success in telecommunications and discipline of solid sales forecasting and sales operations planning processes, and comfortable using a CRM system (Salesforce.com advantageous).Eligibility RequirementsWillingness to travel 75% of the time, both locally and internationally, sometimes on short noticeOur client will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in Country Spain or Portugal for this opening.
