Job description
Heading/intro:
Our client is a well established service provider within Malaysia\'s Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the P&L of the business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategy to ensure long term profitability and growth in market share.
- Align the sales team behind key priorities and target markets, identifying key distributors.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver sales targets.
- Provide strong problem solving guidance to the sales team.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience within sales in the B2B industry.
- Keen commercial acumen in making high level decisions.
- People management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
