Key Roles and Responsibilties
Onsite Training
- Qualify the training needs of the direct and indirect teams and participate in the development of the specifications in conjunction with the manager.
- Develop and design pedagogical tools and sales playbook in order to significantly improve the performance of sales teams.
- Lead most training modules.
- Adapt the training modules according to the pedagogical goals and the participants\' profile.
- Be in constant contact with the MD\'s, Team leaders, Human Resources, PLM and Marcom in order to adapt the training to the demand when it necessary.
- Communicate, coordinate, and deploy training led by another resource or by an external trainer.
- Measure the relevance and performance of training.
- Coordinate all webinars in his/her region
- Work with product marketing to create relevant \xe2\x80\x9cpitch sheets\xe2\x80\x9d.
- Ensure competitive intelligence to create relevant and comparative tools
Online training
- Support all needed translation for LMS Platform
