In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Steelcase leadership to identify and promote products and sales skills training for Steelcase, dealer sales, and designers.Responsibilities:

• Develop regional and dealer-specific training plans.
• Support onboarding of new direct and dealer sales people (Steelcase content).
• Provide implementation and training support for significant corporate learning and development initiatives that impact Steelcase, dealer sales, and designers.
• Coordinate and deliver appropriate content and training experience in partnership with Sales, Sales Support, Product Marketing, Channel, BrandComm, and L&D.
• Participate in train-the-trainer sessions to learn content and gain certification.
• Deliver training in person and virtually, focusing on groups whenever possible.
• Provide feedback to groups to inform training content and delivery.
• Partner with subject matter experts and team to deliver large group trainings in other locations.

• Passionate about teaching and mentoring for individual development.
• Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and facilitating groups.
• Influential with senior stakeholders to drive successful training outcomes.
• Able to develop actionable plans based on strategic priorities.
• Capable of executing priorities effectively and declining requests when necessary.
• Credible with all levels of audience, with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Highly skilled at planning, organizing, and achieving objectives efficiently.
• Expert in Steelcase sales and dealer organizations, enabling informed decisions for training strategies.
• Provides strategic consultation, utilizing a data-driven approach for measurable outcomes.
• Understands Steelcase products, programs, and services to meet customer needs.

• Bachelor\'s degree required. Minimum 5-7 years high performing sales and/or sales-related experience.
• Expert understanding of the contract furniture industry would be highly advantageous
