Job Description

:
In this position, candidate will need to conduct sales acquisition, project coordination, and account management activities.

Job Responsibility:
Implement and achieve sales target by developing and directing effective sales channels
Support of existing customers and develop new customers
Support of customer-specific projects demands
Technical advice for interested parties and customers
Maintain good relationship with manufacturers/suppliers/contractors and to ensure the technical specifications are as the proposed design and customer's requirement
Ensuring all approved technical solutions and project designed are being implemented smoothly and correctly at site during the project period

Job Requirements:
Education : Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : Min 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in related fields (preferable Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System (HVAC) or building services)
Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply for Junior position

Job Competencies:
Knowledge
Good knowledge of Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System (HVAC) or building services
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point & etc.), and AutoCad

Communication skills (excellent in English, Malay and while proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage)

Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation if required
