Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Your missionThe VTS Sales Engineer is responsible for increasing the service business of Atlas Copco, Edwards and Leybold Vacuum within the region by direct selling and/or developing and implementing effective and successful services sales strategies while also supporting the regional Service Operations. Their goal is to enhance the Divisions and Companies reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the company\'s core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation.Your mission is to create customer value by creating a platform where customers can find support and source parts for their vacuum pump needs. You will create a clear execution plan with your sales and customer support teams on how to approach and service your market, as well as analyse the market, approach, and develop key accounts for VTS and Precision Plus. You will be responsible to continuously development, management and finding new market opportunities, as well as establishing support for internal stakeholders in Leybold, Edwards and Atlas Copco brands and their respective partners, to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and deliver profitable growth.Your responsibilitiesMaximize sustainable growth of vacuum technique service by promoting parts, service, and contract products to new and existing customers.Develop & implement effective business plan sales coverage and competency development to support vacuum technique service mission & growth plan.Be focal point of vacuum technique service to our customers. Maintain strong relationship with customers and contacts.Develop and maintain good customer relationships within vacuum technique service customer and ensure we provide an excellent standard of aftermarket support, service, and customer experience.Make weekly plan visit, prepare the quotations, bid documents and sales letters with high focus in closing orders and contracts.Support finance department to collect payment from customers when required and make sure all accounts are within the accepted terms.Determine after-market engineer schedule, making frequent visits to existing and potential customers and promote collaboration with vacuum sales engineer, logistics, customer care support and planner to support customer request, issues, and concerns.Prepare customer visit reports, market analysis and timely, accurate market information will support management\'s development of business strategy.Will have the opportunity to be part of ad-hoc project work, including development of new parts and services proposals, and its related marketing campaigns.Will liaise with colleagues from other divisions to maximize our customer relationships and business outcomes wherever possible.You are expected to be a master of proactive sales management, developing the different business channels, and establishing plans to increase customer\'s share, develop new ways to market; you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, within logistics, engineering, other regional counterparts, and partners.Your profileA bachelor\'s degree is desirable, in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization. Relevant related experience will be considered5+ years\' experience with sales & business operation.Experience in the service business of rotating equipment would be an advantage.You are customer oriented, able to understand internal and external customer needs, derive actions, and prioritize them accordingly.Be collaborative with stakeholders at all levels, able to create and communicate, concise business execution plans, action & purpose driven.You show great level of empathy while enforcing company policies and strategic direction. You are self-motivated and self-accountable, willing to act with clear result orientation.Willing to travel from Central to South Malaysia and Singapore.Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice
