\xc2\xb7 Responsible to promote and sell company\'s products/services/solutions to existing and new customers to achieve personal sales target.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers and business partners.\xc2\xb7 Provide product technology update presentation/sharing to customers and business partners.\xc2\xb7 To solicit and develop new sales lead, provide suggestion and offer the most appropriate solution to customers and business partners.\xc2\xb7 Follow up closely on sales inquiries and provide quotations to customers and business partners.\xc2\xb7 Aggressively visit the new and potential customers, consultants to seize the new project, specify company product specifications into the Building of Materials/Quantities.\xc2\xb7 To develop new market territories, plan for marketing event and work closely with product suppliers and principals.Job Requirement:\xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering\xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree (Hons) Business Development and Marketing\xc2\xb7 More than 2 years\' experience in Fire Protection, Life and Safety products sales or related field such as Facilities (factory) / M&E Consultant / Data Center/ business development and marketing\xc2\xb7 Able to demonstrate and present company\'s products /services /solutions effectively to customers and business partners.\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in measurement, commercial pricing and preparation of bill of quantity.\xc2\xb7 Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Self-discipline, Proactive and keen in organizing sales activities and customer visits.\xc2\xb7 Preferably with Mandarin and English speakingKey Products:\xc2\xb7 Very Early Smoke Detection System (VESDA)\xc2\xb7 Clean Agent Suppression (Fike FM200)\xc2\xb7 Water Leak Detection SystemIf you encounter difficulties, please for technical assistance.Best viewed with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Chrome 30 or higher and Firefox 10 or higher
