Our Client: A leading MNC organization with market leader positioning of industrial scientific equipements. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the business operation in the Southern region. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, sales negotiations and closing the business deal. Management of existing customer accounts and generation of new revenue through prospecting, lead/funnel and effective territory management in a broad base of industries (e.g. beverage, food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and petro-chemical) and applications Visiting customer sites on a regular basis to give presentations, perform instrument demonstrations, to install new products as well as to train customers on the correct use of equipment Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for responsible geographical areas and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products on regular basis. Formulate effective Sales Strategies and execution plans to generate sales results Ensure optimal and efficient defined area & territory coverage on existing and new accounts in Johor, Malaysia. Implements Sales & Marketing programs set forth by Management by developing field sales action plans. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Handle project sales and negotiations Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. Requirements: B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Physics or Mechanical Engineering required A minimum of 3 years of working experience in successfully selling industrial equipment or instruments or any other related product Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven sales records in any industrial products field & strong network in the manufacturing or industrial industry especially in the Johor market.
