Key Responsibilities
Manage and service existing accounts, responding promptly to RFQs and addressing all related sales issues and activities
Collaborate closely with in-house engineers and customer service teams to provide solutions tailored to customer inquiries and requirements
Maintain and enhance service quality by enforcing sales standards and ensuring timely responses to customers
Prepare regular reports on customer activities and competitor developments
Handle customer correspondence effectively with strong communication skills and high accuracy of information
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (or related discipline)
1-2 years of experience in sales and commercial activities (preferred)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials) structures
Travelling required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
