  • Additional certifications in automation or sales-related fields are a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales engineer.
  • Exposure to technical roles, ideally in automation technologies, smart systems, and industrial solutions, is an added advantage.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex products and systems to non-technical audiences.

TanggungjawabSales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential customers across various industries.
  • Generate customer lists for making phone calls and visiting customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and work closely with the engineering team to propose suitable automation solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of Autoflo's solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver customized technical proposals, including cost estimates, product specifications, and timelines.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to selling the company's range of products.
Technical Support
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including answering technical queries and addressing client concerns.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that solutions meet customer specifications and are technically feasible.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of product training sessions for clients.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions.
  • Address any post-sales technical issues and collaborate with the support team to ensure timely resolution.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status within the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and performance reviews for the management team.
