What you bring to the table :
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on the semiconductor fab and automation markets. Set clear sales targets, forecast revenue, and drive initiatives that position the company as a trusted solutions provider.
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across semiconductor fabs, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers. Generate leads through industry networking, partnerships, and proactive outreach to high-potential clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical leaders. Act as a trusted advisor who understands customer operations and provides tailored automation and manufacturing solutions.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:
Lead complex negotiations involving high-value, multi-year contracts. Structure deals that balance profitability with customer satisfaction, ensuring sustainable business growth.
Revenue Optimization:
Focus on high-margin opportunities and strategic regions with strong growth potential. Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for automation systems, equipment, and related services to maximize account value.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Insights:
Monitor market movements, emerging technologies, and customer demands to stay ahead of competitors. Translate insights into actionable sales plans and product recommendations for internal teams.
Collaboration with Technical Teams:
Work closely with engineering, R&D, and project teams to customize solutions that meet each client's technical and operational needs. Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing sales team. Set clear KPIs, review performance regularly, and create a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Customer Retention & After-Sales Support:
Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities. Support clients with ongoing technical or commercial requirements to build brand loyalty.
Who We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Background in electronics or semiconductor industries is highly advantageous.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales leadership within the semiconductor or high-tech sector.
Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and securing major accounts.
Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, automation systems (e.g., AMHS), and equipment sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics, and forecasting.
Strong professional network in the semiconductor industry.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits and industry events.
