Achieve sales in a timely manner to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s quarterly and annual sales goals for the department Build clear knowledge and understanding of products and solutions and their technical functions to conduct demonstrations for customers Actively work with product specialists and Business Development team as required to recommend technical and functional enhancements Evaluate and recommend most effective solution for each customer by coordinating with internal product specialists to ensure customer requirements are met Coordinate operational and project efforts between the various internal departments & customer to ensure pre- and post-sales activities are handed over in an efficient manner Negotiate, on behalf of company, with the customer on costings and project timelines to ensure the company meets its objectives Actively participate in tenders to build sales opportunities Proactively manage customer accounts to resolve complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
