We're on the lookout for passionate and driven Sales Executives to be part of our growing success!:

• Property Sales: Sell company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

• Property Presentation and Consultation: Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.

• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.

• Contract Handling: Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.

• Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.

• Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.

• Education: SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.

• Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, real estate experience is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with clients. Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet sales targets.

• Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate market and relevant regulations.

• Customer Service: Focus on customer needs and providing excellent service.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, Canva and CapCut.

• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Team Player: Good team collaboration skills and able to work with other departments.

• Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Mobility: Willing to travel and station at different sales galleries as required by superior.

• Commitment: Required to attend meetings and training sessions at the headquarters.
