Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and promote our line of hair products to hair salons. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening new accounts and managing existing ones, ensuring that our products are well represented and sales targets are met.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the hair care or beauty industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Knowledge of the hair care industry and products preferred

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential new clients and reach out to them to introduce our line of hair products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Conduct regular visits to hair salons to promote our products, provide training on product usage and benefits, and ensure our products are being displayed and marketed effectively
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating prices and terms, creating and presenting proposals, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in our RM system
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategy and improve product positioning
