Responsibilities

Confer with customers by phone call or in person to provide company products or services\' information
Assist and liaise with customers throughout sales process
Assist in preparing the relevant documentation and administrative work
Execute all sales activities starting from preparing sales orders for customers
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
Follow up customer inquiry and perform after-sales services
Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers
Able Outdoor finding new clients/customers
