Job Description


  • Minimum 1 year in Sales/ Marketing. Advantage experience in the printing & labelling sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in VLOOKUP will be an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must possess a valid driving license, own transport, and willing to travel.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Explore and develop new sales growth opportunities (B2B and B2C).
  • Build and sustain a strong network base with customers to have consistent sales growth.
  • Meet prospects and identify the customer needs.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
  • To ensure all customers order processed and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Meeting sales target consistently.
  • Provides detailing and demonstration of product, show samples and take orders (if any).
  • To participate and ensure that promotional activities are carried out according to marketing plans.
  • Managing communications between customers and internal teams.
  • Negotiating contract with customer.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis/report.
