  • Promote and sell our company\'s jewelry products to potential customers through various sales channels
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers and assist them in making purchasing decisions
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining accurate records of transactions
  • Handle credit card payments and basic financial transactions through banks or other financial institutions
  • Maintain inventory records and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products and prevent stockouts
  • Ensure the security of our jewelry products and prevent theft or damage through proper storage and handling
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the jewelry industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry industry and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers
  • Ability to handle credit card payments and basic financial transactions accurately and securely
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
