Flybear Sdn Bhd is a fast growing e-commerce fulfilment hub catering to online SMEs in the Klang Valley. We pride ourselves on great customer service, bespoke packing requirements, quick turnarounds and an almost perfect fulfilment record. We care about the packages we fulfil and at the end, our goal is to help our merchants grow their sales while we handle the backend day-to-day fulfilment. The company comprises a small team of dedicated and compassionate individuals all aiming to please our merchants. In return, the company makes sure to take care of their staff with good working conditions, reasonable remuneration, profit sharing and professional growth within the company. -- THE POSITION We are looking for a sales executive to help grow the company by increasing the number of merchants we service; 1) To generate new leads and follow up with leads generated through online marketing channels. 2) Achieve monthly sales target and increase merchant base. 3) To continuously communicate with merchants in regards to their sales needs. 4) To work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants. 5) To maintain merchant relations. 6) To assist in business development, pricing and sales package creation. REQUIREMENTS 1) Good communication skills 2) Great command of the English language. (A second & third language will be very beneficial) 3) Organised and detail-oriented 4) Flexible and independent ----- BENEFITS 1) High Commission - A scaling commission that gives you commission for 15 months for each new merchant brought in. 2) Work remotely / Work from home. 3) Mobile phone / Internet subsidy. 4) Ability to claim for transportation, toll, and parking.
