Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer bases.
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely opening of new outlets.
Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any outstanding or disputed accounts.
Maintain low product returns while maximizing distribution and strike rates.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Gather and analyze market and competitor data to suggest strategies for gaining a competitive edge.
Implement and assess sales and marketing promotions, activities, and ad hoc plans.
Support the team leader in conducting SWOT analysis to enhance team performance.
Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing.
Qualifications
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG or Food Services industry.
Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
A team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
