Proactively identify and develop new sales leads and opportunities within the freight and logistics industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the business
To meet and exceed sales target set for individual and achieve maximum sales
To research and seek out prospects to build portfolio of clients
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
Represent the company in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers
Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships
Requirements:
Being able to Communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin is an Advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
Great Interpersonal, positive, highly self-motivated, Energetic, Pleasant, outgoing character and communication skills
Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
